Faith & Grace Christian Academy Details

Faith & Grace Christian Academy launched in the fall of 2024. The academy serves K - 9th grades and holds classes two days per week, Monday and Wednesday at the Christian Center church on Day Avenue in La Pine. The remaining school work for the week (Tuesday and Friday morning) is the responsibility of the parents to teach and the students to complete at home.

FGCA requires all students to use its curriculum. You can view the curriculum lists further down on this page. FGCA recognizes that many of its students will also register for the Thursday program at Oregon Family School, a charter school that shares the same church building with FGCA. Our weekly school schedule does not require any of our curriculum to be completed on Thursday. We also do not assign academy work for Friday afternoon as many of our students are also enrolled in Amazing Grace Homeschool Enrichment at High Lakes Christian Church. Fortunately, our curriculum is designed to be completed each week even allowing for these schedule exceptions. Parents should note that Tuesday is their most important school work day. Friday morning will only have math, language arts, and history assigned. FGCA teachers create weekly curriculum assignments for parents.   It is our purpose to make educating your students easier for you.
