Step 1.) Complete the registration form that applies to your student: 

              *Complete Step 1 and Step 2 for each student you are registering

• Student Registration (full form) For students who are new to Faith & Grace or did not attend last school year.

• Returning Student Registration (short form) For students who attended Faith & Grace last school year.

Step 2.) After completing the registration form, you will be redirected to the Student Registration Fee page to pay your student's $200 registration fee.  A registration fee is required for each student.
